Strings on Kings is a locally organized and operated Music, Camping, Float and Arts festival hosted by Psychedelic Honky Tonk Band Eureka Strings in partnership with locally owned and operated Kings River Outfitters.
Located directly on the prestine Kings River on the outskirts of historic Eureka Springs Arkansas, in the heart of the Ozarks, Strings on Kings is a community organized gathering of local artists, musical acts, food and workshops targeted towards creating a fun and safe gathering place for members of the community and guests to enjoy. Everything from arts, crafts, games and activities directly geared towards children and families to Horse shoe tournaments and all night camp fire jams for the young at heart.
The main attraction to this event though is the the Kings River itself and a music schedule that encapsulates a wide range of amazing home grown musical acts that Eureka Springs Arkansas has become known for cultivating a creative environment for. While Kings River Outfitters offers canoe and kayak rentals, shuttle and float options that bring guests to and from the event grounds.
The true beauty of this event is that almost everyone involved are members of the Eureka Springs and surrounding area community. From the artists, musicians, River guides, organizers, security, vendors, chefs, stage, sound, crew, attendees and guests all have a stake in the community and work together to create a welcoming, friendly space to celebrate the best of what we have to offer when we all bring the best parts of ourselves together. It's something that can only be achieved organically by people who truly support and value the space, talents and efforts of everyone involved and wish to share that with visitors to our home and community.
